He is a very pleasant individual with a great deal of committment to his work and always strives to do his best for OfficeMax and his customer. He managed our account with enthusiasm and professionalism. At one crossroads, OfficeMax had a serious problem with a vendor that was supplying an item that was very important to our field personnel. I am pleased to provide a letter of recommendation in support of Mr. Londy Bracale’s
application for employment with your organization. I am currently an online management
professor with Ashford University, DeVry University, Colorado Technical University, and the
University of Liverpool.

I had the pleasure of working with Londy during an Organizational Behavior course
from November 17 – December 21, 2006. Although, I have not had the opportunity to observe
his performance in other classes…during the Organizational Behavior course he repeatedly
impressed me with his intellect, enthusiasm, and thirst for knowledge. He demonstrated a
meticulous approach in preparing for classes by constantly conducting research on the assigned
topics to provide value-added threaded discussion posts, which provided a best practice for other
students to follow. Furthermore, he consistently shared the results with the class through web
based internet links.

A requirement of the course was for each student to prepare and submit project based
learning assignments that simulated real world issues and problems in the areas of worker
motivation, leadership effectiveness, organizational development and change management, and
organizational culture. Londy provided some excellent work and demonstrated a very good
understanding of how to apply multiple organizational behavior principles and concepts to
resolve the issues/problems. Throughout the course, Londy’s knowledge and understanding of
overall organizational behavior and general management principles and concepts was evident
based on his value-added discussion posts and his quality work on the required assignments.

Londy appears to be a person with a strong sense of purpose and dedication. He clearly
demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and abilities to contribute to an organization in a position
that requires the ability analyze and understand marketing trends. I have the utmost confidence
he will prove to be an invaluable asset to your organization.

position with your organization.

Grady Stone, Professor, Business Faculty, Colorado Technial University

I had the pleasure of having Londy Bracale as a student in two of my classes
last year at Colorado Technical University. He was a very applied student, and
excelled in both the Introduction to e-Commerce (MGM310) and Marketing & The
Virtual Market Place (MKT305) courses. He constantly asked questions to clarify
new principles or concepts learned in class to ensure thorough understanding.
He also took on the leadership role to successfully complete a group project with
fellow classmates. Londy displayed great work ethics and enthusiasm getting
the assignments done timely.

I recommend Mr. Bracale for consideration for a management position with your
Marketing organization.
