Besides getting up and getting dressed, music has also been something that gets me through a challenging time. With everything that’s going on in the world with the current outbreak (COVId 19), it’s easy to have anxiety or slip into depression; so I created a playlist with 30 mood increasing songs that will get you through during this pandemic. These songs have been helping increase my mood and keeping my energy up.
Another thing that I have found entertaining is tuning in to @Djnice #ClubQuarantine on Instagram. If you haven’t checked it out, it’s a must. He typically goes live on Instagram every Saturday and some sporadic days. He plays throwback songs, current hits and global music. He has played a lot of Nigeria and afrobeat songs that I love.
